Barr Onwukaike Emerges New DDFC President Amidst Jubilation, As Diamond Dynamics Elect New Exco_

In what could be described as an exemplary democratic system, the members of a renowned fitness club in East of the Niger, Dymond Dynamics Fitness Club of Owerri has elected a new Executive to oversee the affairs of the club.

 According to reports gathered by our correspondent who monitored proceedings of the well conducted election exercise on Saturday December 13th, 2025 at the club's hang-out house in the stadium.

The exercise which reportedly was hitch free commenced as early as 10am as accredited voters cast their votes diligently as collation of casted votes also commenced earnestly after the voting.

The winners were also announced after counting and issued their certificates of return to the delight of members who expressed satisfaction at the conduct of the exercise.

In his words, the Electoral Committee Chairman, Mr Obii Ekeocha described the exercise as a dynamic exercise noting that they also practiced electronic voting system to allow members in diaspora to also cast their votes.

He further revealed that at the end of the exercise that Barr Paschal Onwukaike emerged as duly elected President as he amassed 41 votes as against 11 votes gotten by his rival, Hon Basil Okewulonu "Papi".

Others who were also elected include; Hon Ihim Ifeanyi, (Vice President), Barr Arinze Nwaudo (Secretary), Egbomuche Nwoke (Financial Secretary), Peter Chukwu (Club Captain) and Ndukwu Chinedu (Treasurer).
