UZOAGBA POLITICAL & COMMUNITY LEADERS LAUD HON. CHUKWUEBUKA EMMANUEL IBE FOR SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZING HISTORIC APC UNITY RALLY, URGES DISSENTING VOICES TO CLOSE RANKS

Major stakeholders of Uzoagba Community have unanimously commended Hon. Chukwuebuka Emmanuel Ibe for his exceptional leadership, grassroots mobilization, and unwavering commitment to the unity and progress of Uzoagba.

This commendation followed the resounding success of the historic Uzoagba APC Unity Rally, first of its kind organized under the platform of the OGANIHU IKEDURU MOVEMENT, which attracted a massive turnout of party faithfuls, Community leaders, stakeholders, youths, and women from across Ikeduru and beyond.

The stakeholders described the rally as a bold and timely intervention that has reawakened political consciousness, strengthened Unity, and positioned Uzoagba as a formidable force in Imo State politics. They called on the few dissenting voices within the community to sheath their swords and join hands with Hon. Ibe and other progressive leaders to attract greater dividends of democracy to Uzoagba.

The rally, held at the Central School Field, Uzoagba, witnessed an electrifying atmosphere of solidarity, renewed hope, and collective resolve to move the community forward politically and economically.

Setting the tone, the Uzoagba Ward Chairman, Mr. Francis Oparaugo, described the rally as a long-awaited breakthrough. He noted that despite past efforts to unite the ward politically, division had remained a major setback, but expressed joy that the narrative has now changed under Hon. Ibe’s leadership. He emphasized that Uzoagba is now fully aligned and ready to take its rightful place in the political structure of the state.

In his address, the convener and Founder of OGANIHU IKEDURU MOVEMENT, Hon. Chukwuebuka Emmanuel Ibe, expressed deep gratitude to his team, stakeholders, and the good people of Uzoagba for their overwhelming support. He reaffirmed his commitment to peace, unity, and inclusive leadership, stressing that sustainable development can only thrive in an atmosphere of unity.

He used the opportunity to commend the outstanding performance and people-oriented projects of the Member representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi, describing him as a shining example of purposeful leadership. Hon. Ibe boldly assured that Uzoagba Ward will deliver massively for his second term bid.

He further pledged his unalloyed support to His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, applauding his transformative infrastructural strides, especially in road construction, security stabilization, and economic development across the state.

In their goodwill messages, the Apex Leader of Uzoagba Ward, High Chief George White Iwuamadi, Hon. Councillor representing Uzoagba ward, Hon. Kelechi Akuba, Hon. Dr. Gab Onyekuru, and Hon. Jude Opara (Shapume), extolled Hon. Ibe’s visionary leadership, generosity, and capacity to unite people across political and social divides. They described the rally as a clear declaration that Uzoagba is fully ready to deliver the All Progressives Congress (APC) at all levels in the 2027 general elections.

They reaffirmed their total loyalty to the leadership of Prince Charles Amadi and pledged continuous collaboration to secure future electoral victories for the party.

The Special Guest of Honour and a leading political figure in Owerri Zone, Prince Charles Amadi, who arrived with a large and influential entourage, commended Hon. Ebuka for his courage, foresight, and organizational capacity. He urged him to remain focused, consistent, and strategic in his political journey.

Prince Amadi reiterated his unwavering loyalty to Governor Hope Uzodimma, citing his remarkable achievements and the relative peace enjoyed in the state. He charged Uzoagba leaders to remain united, harness their numerical strength, and strategically position themselves to negotiate greater political relevance and opportunities.

The rally witnessed the presence of an array of dignitaries, including community leaders, traditional rulers, top government functionaries, party executives, the Executive Secretary of IMSUBEB, Hon. Ezinwa Chucks Metuh, former LGA Party Chairman, Chief Remmy Onyewuchi, Chief Kenneth Opara (Government)LGA party leadership led by Engr. Emma Abara, ward chairmen, youth and women leaders, City Boy Movement leadership, captains of industry, and numerous supporters.

Testimonies from attendees overwhelmingly highlighted Hon. Ebuka’s impactful leadership, generosity, and genuine passion for the growth and development of Uzoagba and Ikeduru at large.

The highpoint of the rally was the massive defection of members from opposition parties including PDP, ADC, APP, and LP into the APC, further solidifying the party’s dominance and growing acceptance in Uzoagba.

Indeed, the Uzoagba APC Unity Rally has set a new political template—one anchored on unity, strategic mobilization, and visionary leadership.

Uzoagba has spoken. The future is now.
