2025 DREAMLAND-ABIA STATE U19 CUP Kicks Off Dec 2nd In Aba

 

Dreamland Football Academy in collaboration with the Abia State Government presents the 2025 DREAMLAND-ABIA STATE U19 CUP. A recruitment youth football championship slated for Enyimba Stadium Aba from December 02 to 06, 2025 from 9:00am daily.

The programme is expected to have present Recruitment experts from across top European countries with the aim of harnessing talents that will become future stars.

The scouts are;

DIENG MANE WALLY  (French National), Chief Scout for Africa - Atletico de Madrid, Spain (Owner - Football Scouts Events Agency, Málaga, Spain), ALBARIC ROMAN FREDERIC SENA - (French National) - Scout - FC Sion, Switzerland, Scout - FC PAU, France, Owner - Elite Football Management, France, Member - CAF U20 AFCON Technical Study Group, Cairo, May 2025

According to information reaching infonews.com from organizers of the 5 days programme, the Participating Teams include; Dreamland Football Academy - Abia State, Football club Ona-Pal -  Abia State, Bohold Football Club - Abia State, Enyimba FC U19 - Abia State, New Generation Football Academy - Abia State, Uchecaria Football Club - Abia State, Abia Warriors FC U19 - Abia State, More Grace Football Club - Edo State, Jazzy Stars Football Club - Plateau, Ibro International Football Club - Abuja FCT, Smiler All Champions Football Club - Lagos State, BG Sports Football Club - Lagos State

"We soughted the approval of the Embassy of Hungary in Abuja to change the title of this edition of the championship in order to create more opportunities for our talented young athletes and also for marketing purposes" Ndudi Edede, Tournament Director.

We also commend Sir Nwaobilor Nwadinma Ananaba, Hon. Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development for his commitment and belief in the youth capacity building competition. We are deliberate in our actions in promoting tourism in the State through sports to compliment the efforts of the Government of Abia State" Ndudi Edede 

Abia State has produced the best football players not only in Africa but in the world at large. The likes of Kanu Nwankwo, Uche Okechukwu, Mike Emenalo, Kenneth Omerue, Ike Uche, Frank Onyema, Samuel Chukwueze among others.
