It was an atmosphere of celebration, camaraderie, and mutual respect on Friday as Enyimba FC’s legendary Chairman and global football icon, Ambassador Kanu “Papilo” Nwankwo, joined other well-wishers to celebrate the birthday of Abia State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Sir Nwaobilor Ananaba.

In his characteristic warm and humble manner, the FIFA Ambassador presented the Honourable Commissioner with a special birthday gift and further unveiled him with Enyimba’s newly released Joma jersey, symbolizing unity, partnership, and shared vision for sports excellence in Abia State.

Speaking during the brief but colorful event, Amb. Kanu described Sir Ananaba as “a passionate and visionary sports administrator whose dedication and drive for success reflect the spirit of the new Abia.”
