Enyimba FC Bids Farewell To Super Eagles Legend, Peter Rufai "Dodo Mayana"

Enyimba FC  family mourns the unfortunate passing of a  Nigerian football icon and former team mate of our club Chairman—Peter Rufai "Dodo Mayana".

Reacting to Enyimba Media about the sad incident, Enyimba Chairman, Amb Nwankwo Kanu expressed deep sense of grief and pain over the sudden demise a man he said gave his heart out while putting on the Super Eagles colours.

He further pointed out that the legendary performances of 'Dodo Mayana' for the Super Eagles inspired generations across the nation, including countless players who proudly represented or are still representing Enyimba FC today. His impact on Nigerian football is immeasurable, and his legacy will forever be part of the story we tell our young talents.

We honour his memory, his service, and the pride he brought to the beautiful game.
