
First Mahi Babes Hails NWFL Boss, Nkechi Obi On Successful Super Six
The Chairman and CEO of First Mahi Babes FC, Prince Chidiebere Eze Onuoha has hailed the Chairman of the Nigeria Women Football League NWFL, Mrs Nkechi Obi over the successful conclusion of the 2025 Super Six and the NWFL Premier league.
The 2025 Super Six which was held at the Remo Sports Complex in Ikene and won by Bayelsa Queens who finished above on points above other five teams was a spectacle to watch and attracted many commendations underscoring Mrs Nkechi Obi's innovative ideas and stead fast in her administrative leadership of the women football.
"I on behalf of the entire management of First Mahi Babes FC wish to congratulate our able Chairman and the entire officials of NWFL as well as stakeholders over a successful and hitch free Super Six.
"It's important to also commend all the teams who took part in super six as well as the NWFL league at large for their commitment towards advancing the development of women football in Nigeria.
"Indeed, the successful conclusion and timely execution indicates good administration on the part of the leadership of NWFL under Mrs Nkechi Obi and we at First Mahi Babes FC commend all who made possible.
While we commend NWFL leadership, we equally wish to congratulate the winners, Bayelsa Queens and wish them well as they prepare to represent Nigeria in the WAFU Zone B play off for a place in the next seasons CAF Women's Champions League.
